BayPort Credit Union Named a Top Workplaces Industry Winner for Second Consecutive Year

NEWPORT NEWS, Va., August 26, 2025 – BayPort Credit Union has announced it has been recognized by Inside Business as a 2025 Top Workplaces in Hampton Roads, Virginia, for the second consecutive year. BayPort was ranked #16 on the Top Workplaces Large Companies list of 24 businesses.  

The recognition is based solely on anonymous employee feedback gathered through a survey administered by Energage, LLC, a third-party employee engagement technology partner. For the 2025 Top Workplaces list in Hampton Roads, approximately 1,720 organizations were surveyed, with a record 61 employers earning the recognition.

Employers earn Top Workplaces recognition if their aggregated employees’ feedback score exceeds national benchmarks. Energage has established those benchmarks based on feedback from about 30 million employees over 19 years.
