BayPort Celebrates U.S. Financial Capability Month

April is U.S. National Financial Capability Month, and BayPort is inviting our members and community to learn the importance of saving money and living happy, healthy, and financially wise for life. 

Throughout April and May, check out your favorite BayPort educators and leadership on WAVY-TV 10 News and the Hampton Roads Show as their official Financial Capability Month sponsor. We will have important conversations and share tools and tips to help you live financially well. Specific topics will include creating a budget, paying down debt, workforce development,  and even our recent $500,000 local community grant initiative outreach called Accelerating Change Together. 

The community is also invited to attend a free virtual workshop! BayPort’s virtual and interactive workshops are broadcast live on Facebook and Zoom twice per week. Whether it’s just you or the whole family, we have a tailored workshop for everyone.
