On Monday, December 4th, we’re kicking off our 12 Days of Holiday Wellness contest! For 12 days straight, from December 4–15, we’re giving you tips on social media to keep those holiday blues away.
The best part? We’re adding a festive game of Virtual BINGO to get things really interesting!
Sign up to play and check our social media every day to fill up your BINGO card. Win special holiday prizes along the way, as well as a $100 gift card grand prize!

- Enter your email address when prompted. (We’ll use this to contact you with prizes!)
- Bookmark the page to play all 12 days
- Visit our social media each day for clues to fill out your BINGO card.
- Play each day until you get BINGO! (We’ll check for winning cards on our end, too)
