Frequently Asked Questions

Is a debit card required to use the YourTeller or the self-service features?

A debit card is not required to speak with a YourTeller representative. However, it is required to access the self-service features.

Foreign cards or BayPort Credit Cards can use the machine as an ATM terminal only.

Is YourTeller and the self-service features available at all ATM terminals?

No. The features are only available at BayPort’s YourTeller/ITM terminals. ATM only terminals will not include these options.

What hours are YourTeller representatives available?

You can speak with YourTeller representatives Monday–Thursday 9am–6pm and Friday 9am–6:30pm.

What hours can I access the self-service features?

When using a BayPort debit card or ATM card, you can access the self-service features 24/7.

What transactions can be performed with the self-service features?

The following are available using the self-service features:

  • BayPort Credit Card Payments
  • Check Balance
  • Deposit Cash or Check
  • Loan Payments
  • Mini Statement
  • Transfers
  • Withdrawals
  • View multiple accounts with one card

The following accounts will not have access to self-service features. However, a YourTeller representative may assist you:

  • Business Accounts
  • Estate Accounts
  • Representative Payee Accounts
  • Trust Accounts
  • VUTMA Accounts

Can I make a mortgage payment?

Mortgage payments are not available through the self-service features. To make a mortgage payment touch the screen to connect to a YourTeller representative or visit one of our branches.

Do check holds apply?

Yes. Check holds may apply.

Are cash deposits immediately available?


Are loan payments made via check subject to check holds?


What are the withdrawal limits?

The withdrawal limits are the same as if you were using an ATM terminal. If you need more cash than the card limit, touch the screen and speak with a YourTeller representative or visit one of our branches to request more funds.

How many checks/cash can I insert?

You can insert up to 30 items per transaction.

How many bills can YourTeller dispense?

Up to 40 bills can be dispensed per transaction in denomination of $5, $20 and $50. Denomination of $1 can be dispensed when you select the Mixed Bill Option or while speaking with a YourTeller respresentative.
