Online Banking

With eBranch, use a personal computer, your STAR Audio Personal Identification Number (PIN), and the internet to conveniently access your accounts at BayPort Credit Union. No additional hardware or software is needed!

eBranch Features

To Login to eBranch for the First Time:
If you do not currently have a STAR Audio PIN, please follow steps 1 - 4. If you do have a STAR Audio PIN, please proceed to step 6.

  1. Begin by calling our STAR Audio Response System at 757-244-7827 or toll free 1-800-928-8801, option 1.
  2. You will be asked to provide your account number
  3. You will then be asked to create a STAR Audio PIN.
  4. Once you have created your STAR Audio PIN you will be asked to enter your social security number for verification purposes.
  5. The system will then verify your STAR Audio PIN. To accept the PIN and complete the process, select option 1.
  6. Once you have completed the above steps, you may then sign in to eBranch using your account number and STAR Audio PIN number as your password.

Once you are set up for eBranch you can also access your BayPort information with your cellphone. We offer mobile banking through text messaging, mobile browsers and our iPhone and Android App. The best part is its FREE!** To learn more please visit our Mobile Banking page.

STAR Audio Response is BayPort Credit Union's electronic telephone teller. STAR will guide you through a variety of financial transactions. To access your account you will need

  • Your BayPort Credit Union account number
  • STAR Audio PIN*

STAR Audio Response is FREE. If you are calling long distance, you may call using our toll-free number, 1-800-928-8801, option 1.

STAR Guide

*Your STAR Audio PIN is a private number chosen by you and used with your account number to ensure privacy. Please do not share your PIN. If you do not have an STAR Audio PIN to access your account call STAR Audio Response at 757-244-STAR to set yours up today.
