The meeting will be held at the Hampton Roads Convention Center, located directly across the street from the Hampton Coliseum, on Tuesday, February 19, 2019, starting at 7:30 p.m. The purpose of the Annual Meeting is as follows:

Important Board of Directors Announcement
BayPort would like to announce the retirement of Donald I. Steppe, CCUE® from the BayPort Credit Union Board of Directors. Don served our credit union and its members as a dedicated board member for 40 years.
Don is a graduate of the Apprentice School, NC State University, and has his MBA from The College of William & Mary. He is also a Certified Manufacturing Engineer.
Don has been a true advocate for the credit union movement and earned the designation of Certified Credit Union Executive of the National Credit Union Institute to better serve our members.
Due to Don’s distinguished service, Don has been named Director Emeritus. We wish him and his wife, Martha, the best.
In light of Donald I. Steppe’s retirement from the Board of Director, Ray C. Bagley was appointed by the Board in October, 2018, to fill the vacancy on the Board. Ray recently retired as vice president of trades operations for Newport News Shipbuilding, a division of Huntington Ingalls Industries (HII). Ray has been a member of BayPort Credit Union for over 40 years. He is active in his community and the Pastor of Faith Ministry Outreach. He also serves on the board of Achievable Dream and Virginia Board of Workforce Development.
