Meet your new Credit Card.

BayPort Credit Union has converted to a new Credit Card Processor. This improves our ability to implement new technology as it becomes available and continue to provide the highest level of fraud protection. This also improves our ability to answer your inquiries at the branch level.

The conversion to the new system required ALL MEMBERS, who have a BayPort CU Platinum Credit Card to receive a NEW chip-enabled card.

During the conversion process, your new card may have been issued a new account number. In addition, all have been issued a new expiration date and CVC code.

When you receive your NEW BayPort Platinum Card:

  • ACTIVATE your new card. Your old card is no longer active.
  • TO ACTIVATE YOUR NEW CARD call the phone number on the sticker of the new card or call 800-631-3197 from the primary phone number on your account. Be prepared to answer a few security questions based on the primary cardholder’s information. If you require a PIN, please call 888-886-0083.
  • RE-ESTABLISH ANY AUTOMATIC BILLING with merchants. Even if your card number remains the same, you will need to update your expiration date and CVC code if required.
  • Please access common FAQs regarding this conversion and check back regularly as they will be updated throughout the conversion process.
