CUNA Mutual Group offers you $1,000 of Accidental Death and Dismemberment coverage absolutely free. You need only complete and return the enrollment form. You will also be offered, in mailings, the opportunity to purchase additional coverage up to $250,000 at low group rates. Periodically members will receive offers for Life, Health, Accidental Death and Dismemberment insurance products.
