What is eNFACT?

eNFACT is a sophisticated software program that helps protect your debit card from fraudulent transactions. This is acheived through a neural network set up through our debit card processor.

How does eNFACT work?

eNFACT will flag any suspicious transactions or patterns on your accounts and report them to BayPort Credit Union for investigation. If you receive a call or letter from our eNFACT Fraud Division, they'll ask you a few simple questions to verify whether the activity is fraudulent. This protection comes at no cost. It is another service we provide as part of our continuing efforts to help protect you from any fraudulent activity.
