What is Mobile Access?

How do I enroll?
Once you’ve signed up for eBranch, you have immediate access to Mobile Access. There is no BayPort CU fee for this service or separate enrollment. (Please note that many mobile phone carriers charge a monthly fee for wireless web access and may also charge for the volume of data exchanged.)

How do I know if my device is able to support Mobile Access?
Your device is Internet-enabled if it has a mini-browser or wireless web-on its main menu. If you are not sure, contact your mobile phone carrier to confirm your phone is web-enabled and the service is activated. (Please note that many mobile phone carriers charge a monthly fee for wireless web access and may also charge for the volume of data exchanged.)

How do I know that my Mobile Access transactions are secure?

  • The link will disconnect if there is no activity for five minutes.
  • Our Mobile Access is encrypted using the highest level of security available today.

How does Mobile Access handle security?
Our Mobile Access is encrypted using the Wireless Transport Layer Security (WTLS) protocol, the highest level of security available today. All data that passes between the wireless gateway, our service provider’s servers, and BayPort’s web servers, is encrypted with 128-bit Secure Socket Layer (SSL).

How do I access Mobile Access?
Just visit www.bayportcu.org on your mobile phone’s web browser, and enter your Account Number and Password.

What can I do with BayPort CU’s Mobile Access?

Is there a fee to use Mobile Access?
BayPort CU does not charge fees for Mobile Access. (Please note that many mobile phone carriers charge a monthly fee for wireless web access and may also charge for the volume of data exchanged.)

What happens if I get locked out of Mobile Access?
Call our Call Center at 757-928-8850 or 800-928-8801 to have your PIN reset for Online Banking.

Can I apply for loans using Mobile Access?

You can’t apply for loans using Mobile Access. However, you may call our Call Center (757-928-8850 or 800-928-8801), or apply online at www.bayportcu.org.
