Forgotten Password Options

To improve your online banking experience and maintain a secure login, we introduced Enhanced Login Security to eBranch. Using Enhanced Login Security, you now have more options to securely access your account.

With our forgotten password options, in addition to using a Security Question, members can reset their password via Voicemail, Text, or Email:

  • Set up an email address to receive a one-time access code
  • Set up phone numbers for receiving a one-time access code via text or phone call
  • To answer your Security Question from our Forgotten Password screen, simply follow the "QA - Challenge Questions" section and link.

Stay Secure: Using a temporary Access Code provides better security against Keystroke Capture Software (Malware, etc); BayPort recommends using a temporary Access Code. The one-time access code expires 15 minutes after the system sends it. Members can click on the "I need it to be sent again" link to receive the same access code. The access code expires when either: 1.) The consumer uses it to log in or 2.) After 15 minutes has elapsed.
