eBranch User Options
You can use the convenience and security of eBranch's User Options to keep your information up-to-date; such as your:
History Sort Order | Start Page | Nicknames | Enhanced Login Security | Challenge Question
To change your Postal Address, click on the "Change Postal Address" button. Your current address will display in the entry field. Please note that the system will only accept UPPERCASE letters.
To change your phone numbers, click the "Change Phone Numbers" link. Your current phone numbers will display in the entry field. Change the numbers and then click the "Change Phone Numbers" button.
To change your password, click on the Change Password button. You will be prompted to enter your current password once and then your new password twice. Like all passwords, it is important to keep your eBranch password confidential. If you forget your password, you must contact your financial institution to receive a new one.
If after logging in to the eBranch service, you do not make any entries for several minutes, the session will "time out". This prevents others from accessing your accounts in case you leave your computer unattended. When this happens, you will be advised that the system has timed out and you will be required to log in again. The Set Timeout feature allows you to choose the Timeout period for your account. To set the Timeout, simply choose the appropriate number of minutes from the drop-down box, and then click on the Change Timeout Period button.
In eBranch
If you have previously provided your Email address, then you may change it from the User Options screen. The Email address shown is the address that we currently have on record. To change it, simply type the new address over the previous one and click on the Change Email Address button. If you do not wish your Email to be on our list, click on the corresponding checkbox and then click on Change Email Address.
In eStatement
In order to change your email address in eStatement, you must first access eStatement. Once in eStatement, click through the opening message to view your statements. From this screen, select Preferences and then select Change Email. Enter in your new email address and click the Change Email button.
This feature allows the individual eBranch user to choose the default logic for the first display of their account history. The user may select from one of the following default date ranges:
- 1st of current month through today (default)
- 1st of previous month through today
- 30 days back through today
You can select your default date range under the eBranch user options button and may change this preference at any time.
Change History Default Sort Order
This feature allows the individual eBranch user to choose the default logic for the sorting of their account history. The user may select from one of the following default sort orders:
- Ascending order
- Descending order
You can select your default sort order under the eBranch user option button and may change this preference at any time.
Use this feature to change the start page. The start page is the opening screen when entering Internet Banking. Start page choices are; Default Front Page, Account Access, Account Transfer, Bill Payment, Online Forms or Stock Quotes.
To change the start page:
- Click in the drop-down box and select the start page from the list shown.
- Click the Change Start Page button to save this change, or click the Reset Fields button to begin again.
- A change confirmation screen will appear indicating your change has been accepted.
You have the ability to change account names for easier recognition. Using this feature, you may also elect to not display selected accounts. Selecting the Change Account Nicknames feature display all (active and inactive) of your accounts that may be given an easily recognizable nickname.
Validation question(s) will be used in the event you forget your password or we don't recognize the computer that you are using. To set up your validation question(s), select questions whose answers are easy for you to remember.
