Membership Eligibility

In August 2005, BayPort Credit Union was approved for a community charter by the State Corporation Commission of Virginia. This charter permits us to offer membership to all individuals who live, work, worship, volunteer, or attend school in the following areas as well as businesses and other legal entities in:

• Newport News
• Virginia Beach

• Williamsburg

Counties of:

• Gloucester
• Southampton
• Isle of Wight
